Today's Conversation is with Thomas Walker and Gale Loveitt
Both Gale and Thomas are long time bodyworkers, both Rolfers and Biodynamic CranialSacral Therapists. Thomas is on the faculty of the Rolf Institute and they both teach somatic education through Listening Hands Seminars... additionally they are life partners.
Today we talk about their history in Rolfing and moving towards a Biodynamic approach, what is Biodynamics, when to "Rolf" and when to use BCST, working with the "gushy," adapting touch for adapting times, sensing the ANS, their training programs, Thomas's Rolfing benches... and more
